How do I find the owner???
hey guys!
So I went to go pick up the rent at one of my moms properties and took a quick drive around the block. I noticed theres a similar style property (townhome) that was repossessed by the bank. How do I find out who the bank is, get info to analyze the deal ??? BTW it's in a gated community in Miami Lakes.

Hey man. Hope all is well.
There's a couple of ways you can find out.
Look at the door or at the front of the house or maybe on the front windows and look for any papers that have been posted. Some of them might say something like "Call here for service" or "Call in case of emergency" or something like that.
Next thing you can do is find out who owns it. Search on Google "Miami Dade Property Search Application" and look up the address through there. It should tell you who the owner on record is.
Next thing is that the property might not be for sale yet (or ever) if it is was foreclosed. Foreclosed houses through a process to be sold and are usually not available until the bank either assigns a real estate agent to it or tries to sell it thorough auction.
Don't be surprised if it isn't available. These properties are not available until the bank assigns it or sells it through auction. Many foreclosed properties stay in limbo. These "zombie" properties are the ones you see that are left abandoned in our neighborhoods.
The money is in before it goes into foreclosure when you can buy it through short sale.
Hope this helps. Good luck.
