Meantime, you will continue to lose money hand over fist.be kind by giving them three months to find other arrangements, then remove them from the property, renovate before summer, and rent at market rate to tenants that are willing and able to pay what it is worth.

I never mention that I’m the owner unless the tenant was already aware of it coming into the arrangement (as in, maybe they were a referral from a friend or something).

It is almost a rule that you can't see an occupied property until you put an offer out, but once the offer is accepted, they will show you the property (possibly simultaneously with other buyers at one time arranged for all of you).

When I read it I thought it said it applies to Owner Financing and there were a lot of regulations http://www.biggerpockets.com/blogs/3/blog_posts/39...I would rather not live in one of the units if I can arrange it that way I think for my situation it would be more beneficial that way.
