Someone left a boat and trailer on a flip house. What do you do with it, it must have some value? Do I own it b/c I bought the property? Can I sell it? 🚤

    Replied

Back in 2008 we picked up one at a tax lien auction that was stripped to the studs for $12,500. They left a stack of drywall 3-4ft high, all their tools, a boat, a lawn tractor & a lot of other materials to finish the rehab. We flipped it to an investor friend & I know he kept it all. After the complete rehab the property appraised at $68k & it's one of his better rentals.
