Im new to investing in the San Antonio market and I have been analyzing a few rental properties with the BP rental property calculator.

I'm sure others will jump in and echo the opinion that location of the self directed provider should probably be pretty low on the list of criteria when making a choice.That said, I lived in San Antonio for 10 years and know how Texans can be about their state.

If not Houston, I'm also curious about San Antonio and Texas in general.It would be very helpful to hear your specific property example with premium costs as well as the general % of price difference between those two categories in order to know if I absolutely must rule out some rental properties.Thanks!

Are there any wholesalers in the San Francisco Area?

This would be in Texas, likely Houston or San Antonio.

These are large cities and like any large city, they have their high crime areas and low crime areas just the same as San Francisco does.

I'd be curious what a full house that could accommodate 12 in San Clemente, CA would bring in, zip 92672. or a condo that's 3/3.
