It may be helpful to specify the limits and coverage that is to be quoted so you have an apples to apples comparison and then ask the agents for suggested changes from that first quote.

With Buildium tenants have 2 options, pay online via the buildium app/portal vi EFT or use Paynearme vouchers where the tenant goes to a local CVS/7-11 and presents their voucher for payment with an additional $3.99 fee for the tenant (encourages online payments). 

There is also a new app, created by a fellow BP member, that is helping to connrct landlords with lower cost, vetted PM.

However, I can’t find this calculator feature on the app...
