Etiquette for connecting on here

I’m just curious if anyone has insight into when it is appropriate to “connect” with someone on here? I am new to this app and not sure if I should just connect with those who respond to my posts or something else. I have no problem when people don’t want to connect, just wanted to know if there is a certain way to do it (or what it even means...)

@Brian K.

People connect with me randomly all the time. I never know who really wants to network unless they add a message to their connection request. So, my advice is that if you are going to reach out to connect, add a little message.

A short intro can go a long way.
