On the listing side of things, it could also help you save money (I personally suggest paying yourself on those deals too).As someone else already mentioned, you don't need a real estate license to invest and many of my clients do it successfully without one.

I will post the before and after pictures, hopefully it can help anyone starting this journey, we are new investing out of state but NOT new to handlining construction project out of state for clients, looking forward to the challenge!!!!

Ideally, rates will be a bit lower and will help psychologically.

Lots of good info in this thread.I found this especially helpful as I'm planning my first auction experience in the near future....better not see you all there now that you know there is a hot deal coming up in Milwaukee ;+)  Until a few days ago I knew nothing about sheriff auction bidding/ buying.
