For example, at Turnkey Property Group, we hire a third party licensed inspector to give us his professional opinion on the remaining lifespan, and if at least ten years isn’t their opinion, it is immediately replaced. 

Can you suggest, if you know any immigration professional that can provide proper guidance for getting a Real Estate LLC formed?

But I would think that either a family would take the apartment (husband wife and two children) or college students and single professionals willing to roommate with each other.
