Hey BP'ers  Curious and interested in hearing what STR owners and investors on Hilton Head island and surrounding areasthink about what SHOULD be included in their turnover cleans, as well as what "extra" chores they feel should be included... battery changes, light bulbs, damage reporting, etc. 

I added a large granite island, new flooring appliances, etc.

While I could list several reasons for this, I will limit myself to two.Land shortage - Las Vegas is a small island of privately held land in an ocean of federal land. 87.5% of Clary County is federally owned. 85% of Nevada is federally owned.

View, Hawaii Island.

BTW, if you are financing, then you need to use a bank or credit union on the island. besides everything taking longer, being tickled and died to death, not getting responses until days later, everything else is pretty straight forward.
