A unique investment that combines organic agriculture, vacation rentals, and community space on 3 acres of land in Mt. View, Hawaii Island. I am currently seeking partners who would want to invest capital in exchange for equity in the business (or hard money lenders) to improve the vacation rentals and farm and increase cash flow. I am also looking to expand to other locations on the Big Island and other islands in Hawaii.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Years of experience on organic and permaculture farms, finally was ready start my own farm. Got into Airbnb vacation rentals for cash flow.

Used my own money for down payment through seller financing. Found deal on craigslist.
