What expectations do you have during a Hilton Head STR turnover clean?

Hey BP'ers Curious and interested in hearing what STR owners and investors on Hilton Head island and surrounding areas
think about what SHOULD be included in their turnover cleans, as well as what "extra" chores they feel should be included... battery changes, light bulbs, damage reporting, etc.  Investing myself, I have my own expectations and I'm willing (and do) pay more for extra services and attention to detail.

Do you feel there should there should be "levels" of services offered with those expectations in mind?

Lastly, if you OWN a cleaning company, what's your take? ... without advertising ;)
