Hi, I'm still debating what approach to investing might be the most profitable here in puerto rico and i was wondering if any of you had any real world experience brrrring properties you might want to discuss.

2. Unit 2: $550 monthly

3. Unit 3: $700 monthly

4. Unit 4: Airbnb has been averaging 93% occupancy and a average of $1,000 a month

5. Laundry room coin operated: $100 average monthly

Expenses: $1,400 a month give or take

NET: a average of $1,400 give or take
