For example, when a senior, low income tenant without a car in a unit without laundry gets bed bugs- you really can't expect them to find a way to get all of their fabric items to a laundrymat (no one is going to say yes to putting their bedbug infested stuff in their car)-- it's not going to be possible for them.

HIS NAME IS JESSE AND ERNIE INZUNZA. they work at Pancho's upholstery. very dishonest people and business. they still employ these two even though they know they are crooks. police even came by to take statements from them. they're still working there.
