Hello fellow investors, I went on a 3-hour drive-for-dollar campaign in Denton county and found a good number of potential properties to wholesale, is it better to send handwritten letters to the respective owners or is it better to type them?

Hey @Albert Mainja, it's great that you're getting out there and D4D! Given that the number of potentials is still low (compared to a Yellow Letter mailing campaign to hundreds of people) I would hand-write them. It's just a more personal touch, and even when typing yellow letters it's still common to use a hand-written font. Where people can get creative is in the stamps you use and their positioning, as well as the color of the envelopes or paper. Up to you, and some methods will get better results than others so tracking your mailings and results on a spreadsheet or paper is a good idea.

Happy deal hunting!
