Escort/assistance on a commercial lockout

I have a small commercial building in San Antonio. The people have not paid for over four months, and I have listen to enough excuses that you would think there was a lollipop drawn on my forehead. The lease is a commercial lease that provides for a lockout. We have a locksmith lined up to go with us, but if the people tenant is there it could actually be a bunch of drama.
How would I find an off duty police officer or someone to go with me to the property that appears to carry a little bit of weight? I realize I should’ve started this process months ago, but I didn’t realize they had no intentions of paying..

    @Joe S.

    Just call your local police department's non-emergency line and explain the situation.  They will usually coordinate an officer to be present.  Their role there is just to ensure civility though... they will not be acting on your behalf.  But usually it is enough of a presence to preclude the worst of the drama.  So if someone starts throwing punches they would act, but they aren't going to be the ones to say, "You guys have to get out."

    All the best.
