It looks more professional to have your own domain name but I have never chosen to not do business with someone using their personal email to conduct business.

One person did tell me I could possibly turn it into an efficiency or something like that but would need a special exception.

Personally I have done that and it works!

This experience highlighted the need for flexibility and responsiveness to market conditions.

As a paid lifetime member of WREIN If I had it to do over again- I would personally take another route.

As that will at least help folks that you reach out to know that you are a real person, with a picture and professional bio.

I personally love when I get a buyer on my listing without an agent - if their offer isn't a lowball it's often times higher than what the seller is willing to do and I get a bigger commission.
