Hello BiggerPockets community! I'm Ben from Lubbock TX, looking to learn and grow my portfolio through long term rentals. I'd also like to learn more about how to effectively use the BRRRR strategy.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing golf, and going to the lake.
