Neighbors said it has been foreclosed on  and vacant for a year, and had a for sale sign up a few months ago, but promptly removed.The PA website says it is owned by an individual, however Zillow (I know...) had it listed as a foreclosure.

PA has inheritance tax, there is a final income tax bill due to both IRS and PA Dept of Revenue for the deceased, there are utilities and property taxes, etc.

I still have some questions about the legal aspects for certain transactions. 1- Can you do wholesaling and receive compensation from someone other than the employing broker in PA.
