My name is Tamir Walton. I'm a divorced father of 1 and newbie investor from Philadelphia, Pa who has yet to do a deal. My experience in real estate, so far, is that; I own the home I live in, have participated in an apprenticeship to a wholesaler and have completed my real estate classes for my Real Estate Salesperson License (haven't taken the exam yet). ALL constructive comments are welcome!
