Hey all,

I am looking to invest in real estate as soon as possible. Unfortunately I live in NJ where real estate is very high priced. With that said, I am willing to branch out to areas of NY and PA in search of some deals that provide me with positive cash flow. I've been told about areas of Philly where they have tax free areas for the next 9-10 years, so that is something I may look into.

Quite simply, if you were in my position what would you do?

I would spend a few months reading everything on this site about investing in the types of deals you want to do.  I wouldn't do anything else until you feel you know enough to answer your question yourself.
