Ask a couple of questions and you can always come back and ask more, I've seen 20 questions asked in a post and that is just to difficult for anyone to address accurately.Titles to your thread, IMO, need some thought, might search it and see if it's been used before, might use key words to trigger respondents too.

Also, try filling out the keyword alerts (top of page to the right) for your city, type property, or anything else you want to be notified of when it's being discussed.If you haven't read the Beginner's Guide to Investing (under the tab Learn) you might want to do that too, plus listen to the podcasts.Looks like you're off to a great start.
