Now that that is out of the way, This is my first time using these forums and so far just by listening to the podcasts and reading through the beginners guide I am very impressed with this site and community.

I had been under the impression that we are supposed to use the "first qualified applicant" model.

It's my impression that the geothermal units are quite expensive.

I'd be impressed if whatever rule you hit is positive and not negative (but agreed with the thought that at that point you'd probably be investing in the ghetto).The 2% rule, generally, is kind of a gonner these days, no matter where you are looking. 1% is easily obtainable in various markets, but you'll have to buy out of CA.

Pretty impressive to get 5 deals within a month of starting.

My question derives from the fact that I was under the impression that once we have an application we can not release that information.

Of course it helps when your father is a real estate mogul and your father in law is Donald Trump, but still impressive.
