New to the site, and possibly the industry!

Hi, My name is Joshua Drake I am a 22 and I was born and raised out of sunny Spanaway, WA.

 Now that that is out of the way, This is my first time using these forums and so far just by listening to the podcasts and reading through the beginners guide I am very impressed with this site and community. As of right now I am not in the real estate industry but I am interested in learning more about it and deciding whether or not this is the right move for me. My brother has talked about wanting to start getting into real estate with me, and so far it sounds like a good idea. I have put my name in with a couple of real estate agencies and so far only Coldwell Banner Bain has gotten back to me, so if anyone has any advice or recommendations for me on what kind of a business they are or their experiences with them I would be grateful. I am also looking for any one that is local to me that can talk with me about the industry in my area and give me some advice or even just answer a few of my questions on it, honestly the information and conversation would be worth a cup of coffee or even a beer to me.
