I operate as a 1099 property insurance adjuster inspecting for damages sustained to structures.  In a way, I'm both a self employed inspector and appraiser.  I'm interested in real estate investing for many reasons but mostly to have consistent yet diversified road to wealth.  I'm currently in the sponge stage of my real estate education and can't wait to put together a deal!
