this guy is my real estate hero
started buying apartment buildings as a student at Harvard. Now owns over 20k units. Buys a building on Fifth Ave for 50 million, sells it for 150 million. His company has acquired about five billion in assets in the last five years. Of course it helps when your father is a real estate mogul and your father in law is Donald Trump, but still impressive. Interesting to see how these super rich guys are doing the same thing we aspire to do here, but only on a massive level.
