It's why I have folders full of all the letters sent to get this fixed.I found out my credit was trashed when I got a lien placed on me by the IRS in a state that I've never lived, never worked, never really traveled to.

I’v also corrected floors that sag/ have bad skewing with micro lam -lvl’s in the basement/1st floor and/or reshimmed entire floors in a room that was sagging during a full renovation

You must use a licensed contractor for all the work the bank funds, which requires full permits and using this contractor is going to be expensive.
