Nothing is "rocket science" except, well, rocket science.

I definitely love the seacoast of NH as well as the concord and Manchester markets. 

I have funded quite a few Tax sale purchases on bare land in FLA and my clients I lent money to did well with them.. but they are spot lots. and they sold pretty quick on the open market not sure having habitat as a buyer is any bonus for U.

Also we were told COVID-19 was factoring in as well. 

Along with copying them you could file a complaint with them as well.

We currently own two (2) STR/MTRs, one (1) LTR, as well as a primary residence in the North Charleston Area (Park Circle). 

.- Current Rent is 150$- $200 behind market avg.I am very comfortable in single family homes in this town (own 18 SFH rented and performing well).

Competition creates a healthy financial environment and the US will do what it does well circle back around and create a back door and establish new vendors to buy/sell.

As well as how does one best determine pricing for this?
