It is not the scribbles and doodles you draw on the mailer.If that were the case you would be able to do data collection and it would have shown that 80% of pink letters do better.. and that every single person then sending pink letters would get better results.If that were the case there wouldn't be any yellow postcards right?

@Adam Longtin The best book I’ve read on the subject so far has been “The art of wholesaling properties” followed by “The real estate wholesaling bible” also if you haven’t check out Max Maxwell’s podcast & YouTube channel it’s free and he goes in depth on his methodology.

Aloha,Rather than a thermometer to give you only the current temp, I recommend you get a temperature data logger such as this:https://www.amazon.com/Elitech...You place this in a room for 24 - 48 hours and it will chart the temperature over time, clearly showing when HVAC cycles on and off.
