Investing in Self Storage - Please Point Me in Right Direction!

Hey everyone, this is my first post here. I commit to being a very productive and active member! So far my wife and I have passively invested in multi-family deals.  But, we want to start doing other kinds of deals AND we really want to do our own as well.

We are serious. We have access to capital and we're looking to move fast.

Right now my biggest interest is in SELF STORAGE. Where can I start learning?  Do you know anyone raising money for their self-stoarge deal?

Your best place to start is with Scott Meyers.  Scott does classes and has many resources on investing in self-storage.  There are also groups on LinkedIn and elsewhere.  Feel free to reach out to me and I'll connect you with some folks.
