Hello all

I’m currently shopping around for a new flip / investment . I need some suggestions where to invest only in New York . Not the 5 boroughs (queens, Bronx , Brooklyn , StAten Island and Manhattan , )) looking for upstate property which area would you suggest in Upstate ? I’m open to PA as well . I’ve notice not a lot of agents get back , (odd) . If anyone has a Reliable agent that would be very helpful .

Binghamton is great! I'm an agent, and I promise I'll get back to you. :)

Rochester and Buffalo are blowing up too. The markets upstate are all very hot right now, unexpectedly. BP had an article a few weeks ago confirming the peak selling season in 2020 has been August so far, not May as is typical. It's been an odd year, but some people are grabbing up really great deals!
