Newbie looking for ideas for my first mailer

I’ve been driving for dollars and have a few properties and several areas I’d like to invest in. Does anyone have any sample letters or have any ideas of what my first mailer should look or read like? Thanks so much!

Actually, do not go for the mail houses. 

I know the gentleman meant well, but I strongly have to disagree.

Why do people constantly think home sellers are this magical mysterious creatures that work very very differently fro you and I?

Have you ACTUALLY seen these mail house pieces?

Do any of these monstrosities make you seem like you are a legitimate house buyer? You look like a damn rookie that doesn't have enough cash to buy a printer and some printer paper.

Dude all you have to do.. is act like a friggin NORMAL human being.

if you want to buy something are you going to send someone a childish scribbled letter on yello wpaper trying WAY too hard to look like you are a real person that send the letter and not a mass mailed letter?

All you have to do is say 

"Yo, my name is monkeybutt, and I really would like to buy your house. I am a cash buyer, investor house flipper and we have a ton of experience making the process fast smooth and easy. My company is Monkeybutt Home Buyers LLC, and you can find more information on us, how it works, how much you can expect in cash and some solid reviews. My business address is 3 Monkey butt sniffers lane. There is a Lambo in front of the office, you can't miss it"

You show a picture of you in your company logo attire, and your website URL, and your website based email address and your phone number.

Now answer me this. Can you think of ANY reason why they would say "Nahh I'll pass" to you with a professional letter on white paper with your company logo on the paper?

You think they will say "you are obviously credible, have a real company and are amazing ... BUT I rather go with that guy that looks like he can't even afford underwear, is shady, has no pictures, references or a solid business address on his letter"

Do you?

All these mail companies are there for one thing. To convince unsuspecting little mortals that this is how it is done, because heavens forbid investors start to think logically and use their common sense. How will we make money then?!

Just be normal and you will stand out like a friggin neon metallic green fat fly on a white piece of turd!
