Good morning BP,I have searched all through the wholesale forums, along with the "flipping contracts" discussion topic and put together a 9 step plan to wholesale contracts while Driving for Dollars, from what I learned.

I am hoping to invest within a year in a vacation rental or a multiplex with longer contracts.

I went from having no properties on my radar to two properties that I was under contract for in a weekend!

I don't want to step on any toes in the process but I would love to get all the neighboring properties under contract as well.  

We currently own a condo that we rent out, and are under contract to buy our second property, a two-family home. 

I was told that banks won’t accept “and it assigns”, on the contract. 

Doesn't have to be contractual but can be a casual negotiation, with most wholesalers they know where there numbers are and they're looking to make the profit over 20 deals versus holding onto one property till their contract expires trying to milk it for all its worth.
