Ready to invest. Seeking an outstanding Property Manager!

Looking for advice on a property manager for me: 

Hi! I am a 29 year old Physical Therapist looking to invest in the Fort Lauderdale/South Florida area.  I have a lot of family in the real estate business, in Pittsburgh, and have been educating myself throughout the last few years, including reading many books through Bigger Pockets, such as Long Distance Real Estate Investing. I am hoping to invest within a year in a vacation rental or a multiplex with longer contracts. I am looking for any advice on an outstanding property management company to speak with in this area, and would greatly appreciate any help that you can be to me! I am an extremely responsible, and genuine person looking to pursue passive income and financial freedom, however, I do my due diligence and am hopeful to find hard working individuals who can be honest with me back and genuinely helpful.  Thank you for any and all advice!
