My 2021 plan is to buy my first singe family (or multi-family) investment property in central Florida—focusing on the Orlando, Tampa, Ocala and Lakeland areas.I have no prior real estate investing experience, but I have jumped headfirst into educating myself (reading tons of books from the BiggerPockets bookstore and listening to the weekly BP podcasts), preparing my finances for upcoming investing (i.e., living on a tight budget to allow for greater savings), and just this weekend, obtaining my BiggerPockets Pro membership.I would love the opportunity to network with local real estate investors in central Florida, as we help eachother grow and achieve our real estate investment goals.

I actually have 2 partners that I work with that are out of state and they invest here in central indiana.......flips,wholetails, wholesales....its all about finding someone with the right mindset, some knowledge, some drive and ambition and willing to get the deal done........finding good contractors is hard in most markets.....one suggestion is make sure the GC works and gets dirty.....i would try to pay per item on the scope of work start with a deposit and then the other half once that item has been completed off the scope of work......just a couple tips.....
