I'm in Bowling Green Ky, Anyone around my area know any clubs/meetups/seminars I could go to??. I'm so interested in real estate. I've learned about wholesaling from youtube GURU JERRY NORTON but wholesaling just doesn't seem my thing, I feel like that's for greedy people. I'd like to know what Niche is more comfortable to be in.

You are going to have a tough time finding one. I have been listening to Biggerpockets for 4 years and lived in bowling green ky the whole time, never found a group that met regularly. While I am still new to the game with only 4 doors and 2 finished successful flips, I would be open to joining a meetup group with my wife who is the best partner a man could ask for.
