Hello fellow BPer'sI am looking for an experienced investment realtor to help my find my first deal within the Houston area ( including Spring, Cypress, Conroe, Pearland, and Missouri City). 

I just offered on a house, but thankfully it fell through because I intended on the exact same scenario you are doing, but my city outlawed AirBnB's about a month later.  1.  

I'm exploring Kansas City for possible investing in SFH's.

I feel like long term the Hudson County area properties will continue to appreciate as demand gets pushed here from an increasingly expensive New York market.Are there any experienced real estate investor's with their brokerage license that can sit down with me discuss my options moving forward. 

Anyone know whether it is better to rent in a new city first or buy a cheap condo (under $85k) to house hack? 

Rents in Quantico are extremely depressed due to the BS of getting into the city. 

I felt like the city was listening.
