Wiring new construction: Duplex price
I'm building my first duplex in my hometown and an old friend of mine offered to do the wiring for it. He doesn't have a licence but will be using someone else's to do the work. They're charging me 15k to wire the duplex but I feel that's a bit high. What do y'all think? Thanks.

Luis, get a permit to work under. Not sure how big a duplex but if you consider a new panel in each would be 1k-1500 each and around 5-7k a side. I would look at license electricians to do the work which might be in this range. It will save on headaches and issues that your friend will have. The electricians will also be quicker than your friend.
