Hello BP Community,

My name is Ron, and I am a general contractor in northeastern Pennsylvania/ NJ/ NYC who is looking into expanding into the real estate industry. Although I truly love what I do, my industry has many ups and downs and can be unpredictable. Real estate has always been an interest of mine and I have listened to the BP podcast for years also I've read many books on the topic but never actually jumped in. My goals for the future are to network and build many strong connections, own rental properties, flip houses for resale (seeming as my experience will help with the rehab process) and to make wholesale deals. With that being said, any help or advice would greatly be appreciated. Especially with the financial aspect of the business, as that is my weak spot. I would be happy to share my construction advice for those who are interested. Hope to hear from you guys soon!!
