Comps 45k-70k passes the smell test, but not in the greatest of areas.

I do tend to study a lot for any kind of test so i thought that an online class would be perfect. i've been reading a lot of mixed reviews about the different classes so i was also wondering if anyone  had experience with https://www.realestateexpress.com ?

There will have to be utilities, roads, landsaping, grading, sidewalks, streets, sewer lines, etc. put in, lots of engineering to do, possible environmental and soils testing, subdivision map costs, etc.

The PhD will help if she wants to be a professor or wants to do testing.

I did the same test in a much smaller market and for 4 responses in 1 week.

Its not a joke.That is why I took the test and got my license so I could get access of the mls.

Then do a camera test on the sewer lines.
