New to REI, looking for my first property! Found a duplex listed for 55k, rehabbed and rented at 695 a side. Can leverage 20% down - mortgage/tax/ins looking to be ~425. Comps 45k-70k passes the smell test, but not in the greatest of areas. Thoughts? Any other 43201, 43215 wholesalers out there have some good investment opportunities?
