If I were to give a general area I would say west to north-west denver.

U cant make money when your in ORegon and you have a 40 unit in the mid west in C class or C- which is really D + for just plane D.. 

Sounds like the buyers agent may be inexperienced if they didnt point out the condition of the roof to their clients before making an offer.Russ,  Oregon Washington coast houses get the living you know what beat out of them.. winter storms with 100 plus mph wind sideways rains cold .. ugh.. those houses take tons of maintenance to be in decent shape.

Hi,I was hoping to find out some more info about STR in Key West as what I am finding with online search is confusing. 

The rental market there is as hot as the development market here in West Nashville.  

If you live anywhere inside the 610 loop west of downtown, I would bet that 75% of the homes are condos or townhomes.
