So I want to start with a rehab/flip, now with what I do with the property after that would depend on the potential profit/area and what not. I can say my ultimate goal is to acquire 10-15 rental properties for long term passive income and in the meantime flip to get those paid off as quick as possible. So I'm sure I would flip my first few to get that cash built up and at that point I would get opinions on the best way to go. Oh, and currently I make a decent income and only work four days a week, two of which are Sat and Sun. So I have three days off during the week (wed, thurs, and fri), so I feel I'm in a great situation to start investing. I'll definitely check those local meeting out. Books don't really do much for me, so these chats and future meetings are all I got. Thx so much!!!
