And since I"m not hawking my services on BP like you, I will make the perfectly logical assumption your skill set is not nearly what you claim it to be so we are indeed not a good fit for collaboration. 

I didn't have mad Excel skills, however, and a few times on the podcasts, Podio has been mentioned. 

Choose a path because you understand it, can devote time and effort without sacrificing job or family commitments, and you have the skills/interest to make it work.The 5k is to understand every step in that path and what you have to do to get thru it. 

And I'm not accusing the OP of being that, because he wasn't even afforded the opportunity to reach that point with this clown of an agent.I agree 100% with your last paragraph, it was a totally inappropriate way for the agent to tell him this and I wonder if the agent will survive much longer in the industry with that lack of communication skills.

Hey Account Closed, to your point, the task assignment & management functionality in Podio is helpful so employees can stay organized and prioritize their work - i.e. call back leads, schedule appointments, create sales comps reports, etc.

I have NO idea why a homeowner would entrust their property to someone without proper training and skills, not to mention accountability, to amateurs.  

What skills do you bring to the table? 

As many of you are well aware, I am no fan of RTO or LTO as I believe there are serious legal issues at both state and federal levels involving the concept of both of these being a form of a disguised credit transaction and that further individuals or organizations so engaged also fail to comply with other state and federal laws they are subject to.
