Personally I am not a big fan of the 30yr mortgage though I know it offers the most cash flow, I prefer to pay my homes off sooner so that I can get lines of credit against them to either lend or do my own flips or BRRRR deals.

If you aren't a 100% raving fan of your realtor, lender, attorney, CPA, property manager, contractor, etc, then you are surrounding yourself with the wrong team.

New mailboxes, powerwashed and added a ceiling fan in the one unit.I’m always looking for things I might be able to use on an upcoming project and store it.

If its a popular franchise, they can step into the shoes of the franchisor and revive everything and keep the space as current.

I’m not a huge fan of them... you are basically kicking your tax liability down the road.
