Buyers of one of our properties are requiring an one year builder's warranty and we are "debating" if my company or GC's company should provide the warranty.We are not concerned about the quality of work that was done but I want to make sure everyone is covered. 

Note buyers are generally looking for a certain investment yield and quality level. 

What are some of the due diligence you would do to ensure they are repairing are up to the qualities you want and ensure they are not pricing extra?

I try and recommend the good contractors out, as quality work and quality people are a dime a dozen! 

The quality an profitability of a deal are as important as the number of deals.

Make sure they are not unloading their junk and talk to them about their better quality props (As and Bs) (Not Cs).  

These are just a few things that will not only keep tenants but it'll attract quality ones. 

By "good," I just mean relatively high quality data that gives you info like Property Owner, Owner Address, and/or how long they've owned the property?  

Located less than a mile from the space is Redding's "Hospitality Way" which is home to many high quality restaurants and hotels.

The report you have is lacking in quality and details, and despite the price you did not provide credit score or Resident Score in the Smart Move review.
