Hi folks,

I would like to hear from those that have experience rehabbing properties in Philadelphia, PA. Is there a standard length of time that a GC needs to guarantee his work for?

Thanks,

Andresa

Replied

Pay for a 1 year home warranty. I wouldn't want to be on the hook for anything that could potentially go wrong in a rehabbed home. If it were a system we touched or something we installed I'd make it right but I wouldn't want to be personally (or my company) guaranteeing an entire house for a year that was a rehab.
