Looking for multi-family property owner list in NC

My business partner and I are transitioning from SFH to multi-family investing. Initially looking for 3-6 unit property. Having read many other forum posts on this topic (particularly as it relates to my home area of Raleigh), I definitely appreciate the consistent advice from experienced investors that the best approach is to drive neighborhoods and do your own due diligence to build a list. And it sounds like there's a bit of a bias from experience against acquiring a list of property owners of multi-family properties.

That said, if one were going to buy a list, is there a good source for this?  By "good," I just mean relatively high quality data that gives you info like Property Owner, Owner Address, and/or how long they've owned the property?  Or is it just that there really aren't any high-quality lists in this investing area?  Thanks!
