If you do not, and you break the laws, and the deal doesn’t perform as intended or as explained, then we are not just talking about losing a few hundred dollars or a few thousand dollars like you could lose on a single family home where you did your numbers wrong, we are talking about losing hundreds of thousands of dollars or millions of dollars and possible jail time for SEC violations.

Basically, they name everyone because they’re hoping and counting on the fact that people set up their own LLCs and didn’t adhere to basic entity maintenance and kept things separate (like bookkeeping and separate bank accounts).

You will also want to network with someone thats an expert that can help you through that so you don't end up losing money, or not being able to refinance.If you do want to take advantage of the percs of putting low money down and doing a primary, you'll definitely want the advice of an experienced lender that can tell you your options if you might move in a short period of time so you don't get flagged for mortgage fraud.
