Eviction attorney near Pierce County, Buckley / Bonney Lake, WA

Hello BP community,

I am potentially going to be doing an eviction in Buckley, WA. This is outside of the city limits, so it's unincorporated Pierce County, Washington State. I would like to get some ideas of:

1. the cost of hiring an eviction attorney

2. Any recommended attorneys someone else has used?

3. Any insight on the process and/or timeline.

I have read up on some of the process on the county website as far as a 14-day notice and they have a little bit of an outline of the timeline would like to talk to somebody that's more familiar with the process.

This would be for non-payment of rent on a month to month lease that went month to month after the year-long lease expired.

Thank you in advance for all your help.

I'm looking forward to hearing your advice and hopefully attorney recommendations.

Si
