Michael Blank Mentoring?
Does anyone know the cost of Michael Blanks mentoring program? I have scheduled a call but it didn’t say anything about pricing.
I know he has pricing for his ultimate guide course and his deal maker package but nothing on the mentoring.
Just trying to get an idea of what it will cost
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Honest question, if I would have given you my 30k instead of buying my first distressed property how would that get me on the road to "greatness" faster than just buying a property and getting started on that path?
It all depends on your goals and your comfort level. Some people want to grow as much as possible and maximize all the opportunities while others are fine with a few deals.
Remember all you know is what you know but Its what you don’t know that makes the biggest the difference. The right mentor can open your mind to things you can’t even comprehend right now and help you grow by leaps and bounds. The right mentor can take you from a few properties to a few hundred or from a few hundred thousand dollars to millions of dollars in a fraction of the time while saving you tons of money along the way. You still have to do the work which it sounds like you have done and are willing to do but it’s about leveraging the knowledge of others and using all your resources to the fullest that creates true generational wealth as apposed to a little cashflow.
I have spent over $300k on mentors, training, personal and professional development. The coolest thing about mentors is what they can expose you to and where they can take you. You can always go deeper. Some of my mentors are in the Billion dollar net worth category and the more I learn from them the more I realize I don’t know. It’s just a different conversation.
